Knowing you are cited in 3% of answers does not tell your team what to write on Monday. The page the engines opened before citing your competitor does.

For every buying question you lose, three things: who wins it, the article that wins it, and the article you write to take it back.

An agent runs this every morning on your 100 buying questions, so the list stays current.

We did it on our own product first.

gethumaninbox.com is our own product. In July it had no content and no traffic. For each buying question we were losing, we took apart the competitor article the engines cited, and wrote the one to beat it: the question in the title, a comparison table, the competitors the engines list, verified prices, a named author.

A few weeks later, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini cite gethumaninbox.com on the questions that bring customers, such as AI email agent and best follow up email agent. Its AI visibility score went from 0% to 12%.

Tom Benattar

Why I built this.

I have sold three SaaS. Every one of them had the same problem on day one: nobody could find it.

At MailTracker, blog traffic doubled in six months once we stopped writing about ourselves and answered the questions people actually ask. In 2026 the questions moved to ChatGPT, and the answers cite whoever wrote the page the engine opened.

On gethumaninbox.com we did it by hand: for every question we lost, take apart the competitor article the engines cited, and write a better one. AI visibility went from 0% to 12% in a few weeks. Cited.today finds the article that gets your competitor cited, and tells you how to write a better one.

Questions, answered.

How do you know which article to write?

Before answering, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini open 3 to 6 pages. We find the one that gets your competitor cited and take it apart: its format, its sections, its prices, its author and the exact question it answers. Then we tell you what your article needs to beat it.

How is this different from a visibility tracker?

A tracker tells you Buffer is cited in 96% of answers and you in 3%. We tell you why: the page the engines opened, what it has that yours does not, and the article to write. You still get the visibility score, as the check that your articles worked.

What do I need to connect?

Nothing. Give your domain and we read your public pages, the engines and your competitors' pages.

Where do the 100 buying questions come from?

We build them from your site, your category and the questions your competitors already get cited on. You review the list, edit it and add your own at any time.

Which engines, countries and languages?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude and Copilot. Questions are asked in the language and from the country you pick at setup, so a French SaaS gets French answers.

I already have content. Does it still help?

Yes. When you already have a page on the question, the task is an update, not a new article: what the cited page has that yours does not, line by line.

Is this SEO or GEO?

Both. Before answering, the engines open the pages Google ranks, so the page that gets cited is also the page that gets clicked. On gethumaninbox.com the same six weeks brought a 12% AI visibility score and 420 Google clicks.

What happens after the free first list?

You get your article list by email the next morning, and that is it. Nothing starts on its own and no card is asked. To get the next article to write every weekday, subscribe for $99 a month.

What counts as a site?

One domain with its subdomains and its languages. A second domain is a second site.

What is the check at 4 weeks?

28 days after you mark an article as published, we ask the same questions again and tell you whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google now open your page, and how your visibility score moved.

Do you write the articles?

No. Writing is the easy part: any good writer, or an AI, can write from a brief. The hard part is knowing which article gets you cited and what it must contain to beat the page that wins today. That is what we tell you, every weekday.

Can I cancel? What do I keep?

Monthly, cancel anytime from your account. Not happy after the first month, full refund, and you keep every brief and every page.
